Every page appears as a thumbnail, all kept by default.
A blank page, a cover sheet, a duplicate scan.
Everything else, unchanged.
A blank page left by a scanner, a cover sheet that doesn't need to go to the recipient, a duplicate page scanned twice by mistake: every one of these is common in a real PDF, and each is easy to fix once you can see the pages and tell the tool which ones to drop.
Every page is shown as a thumbnail, kept by default. Untick the pages you want removed; the thumbnail dims so you can see at a glance which ones will be gone. When you download, you get a new PDF with everything else, in the same order as the original, minus the pages you removed.
Because every page is visible as a thumbnail rather than just a number, it is easy to confirm you are removing the blank page or the duplicate and not accidentally the one next to it, especially in a long or repetitive document like a multi-page scan.
This removes whole pages; it does not edit the content that remains on other pages. To do the opposite, keep only a few pages and discard the rest, extract PDF pages may be a more direct fit if you are keeping fewer pages than you are removing. Your document is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded.
Opening a full desktop editor just to drop one blank page is more setup than the task deserves. Seeing every page as a thumbnail, right in the browser, makes it fast to confirm exactly which one to drop before it is gone for good in the downloaded file.
