How it works

Drop your PDF

Every page appears as a thumbnail, none selected yet.

Tick the pages you need

Only those are included in the result.

Download the new PDF

A smaller file with just what you picked.

Only the pages that matter

A signed contract you only need the last page of, a report where a single chapter matters, an old scan where three pages out of fifty are what someone actually asked for: pulling a handful of pages out of a larger PDF is a common, small task that shouldn't need a full desktop editor. This tool shows every page so you can pick exactly the right ones.

How it works

Every page of your PDF appears as a small preview, unticked by default. Tick the ones you want to keep; the page number and thumbnail make it easy to confirm you have the right ones, especially in a long document where pages look similar. The pages you tick are combined into a new PDF in their original order, regardless of the order you tick them in.

What stays the same

Extracted pages keep their original content and orientation exactly as they were in the source file; nothing is re-rendered or recompressed in a way that would change how the page looks, aside from the operation of copying the page itself.

What it does not do

This selects whole pages; it does not crop or edit the content of a page. To reorder the pages you keep instead of just selecting a subset, use reorder PDF pages. To do the opposite, remove specific pages and keep the rest, use delete PDF pages. If you only need to pull the text out rather than the pages themselves, the PDF to text tool does that directly. Your file is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

How do I extract specific pages from a PDF?
Drop the PDF, tick the pages you want to keep from the thumbnails shown, and download. You get a new PDF with only those pages.
Do the extracted pages keep their original order?
Yes, they are placed in the new PDF in the same order they had in the original document, regardless of the order you ticked them.
Can I extract just one page?
Yes, tick only that page and the download will be a single-page PDF.
Does it change the quality or content of the pages?
No, pages are copied as they are; nothing is recompressed or re-rendered in a way that changes how they look.
What is the difference between this and splitting a PDF?
This keeps only the pages you select in one new file. Splitting divides the whole document into several files covering every page.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. It is processed entirely in your browser.
