Drop your PDF and your signature image
PNG with a transparent background looks best, but JPG works too.
Drop your PDF and a picture of your signature — a photo of it on paper, or the file from our digitize-a-signature tool. Drag it into place on the page it belongs to, resize it, and download a PDF with your signature really on it.
100% private — your files never leave your browser.

Drag it on the page, or fine-tune with the sliders.
Your signature is embedded in the PDF; the rest of the document is untouched.
Signing a PDF the old way means printing it, signing on paper, and scanning it back in, losing quality at every step. This tool skips all of that: it places a picture of your signature directly onto the page you choose, at the position and size you choose, and saves a new PDF with it truly part of the page. Get the signature image itself from a photo of your handwritten signature, or use our digitize-a-signature tool first to turn a phone photo into a clean, transparent PNG.
Drop your PDF and your signature image. The page you're on is shown full size so you can see exactly where things line up; drag the signature directly on top of it, or use the position and size sliders for pixel-perfect placement. Move between pages if you need to sign more than one, then apply to get your signed file.
This embeds a picture of your signature into the PDF, the same kind of signature you'd get by printing, signing by hand and scanning. It's visual proof of a signature, not a cryptographic digital signature backed by a certificate authority — useful for the vast majority of everyday paperwork, but not a legal e-signature standard like eIDAS or a notarized digital certificate. If a document specifically requires a certified digital signature, check with whoever is asking for it.
Only your signature image is added; the rest of the page keeps its original text and quality exactly as it was, nothing is re-rendered or compressed.
Both your PDF and your signature image are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded anywhere, which matters for a document you're about to put your name on.
