Every page appears as a thumbnail, in its current order.
Drop a PDF, see every page as a thumbnail, and move them into the order you need. Download the same document with its pages rearranged, nothing else changed.

Same pages, new order.
A scanner that fed pages out of sequence, a document assembled from parts that ended up in the wrong spots, a table of contents that should come before the introduction instead of after: reordering the pages of an existing PDF is a common small fix that shouldn't require scanning the document again from scratch.
Every page of your PDF is shown as a thumbnail, numbered in its current position. Use the move-left and move-right buttons under each page to shift it toward the front or back of the document, one position at a time, until every page lines up the way you want. The thumbnails update as you go, so you can always see the current order before downloading.
Reordering only changes the position of pages; their content, size and orientation stay exactly as they were. The result is the same document, just rearranged.
This changes order only; it does not remove pages or combine documents. To drop pages you don't want, use delete PDF pages. To combine several separate PDFs into one, use the merge PDF tool, which also lets you set the order of the files being combined. Your document is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded.
A full PDF editor can do this too, but it usually means opening a heavier program, waiting for it to load the whole document, and finding the right menu for page management, all for a task that takes seconds once the pages are laid out in front of you as thumbnails. This stays focused on exactly that one job.
