Drop your files
One at a time, several together, or a whole folder if your browser supports it.
Drop as many files as you need, choose a name for the archive, and download them all packed into one ZIP file, ready to send or store. Everything happens in your browser.
100% private — files are read in your browser and never uploaded.

And choose whether to keep the folder structure.
One file with everything packed inside.
Sending several files at once is easier as a single ZIP archive: one attachment instead of many, one download instead of a dozen clicks. Most online ZIP tools work by uploading your files to a server, compressing them there, and sending the result back, which means your files leave your device even for a simple packing job. This one compresses everything locally in your browser instead.
Drop or select the files you want to pack, in any number and of any type. Give the archive a name, and choose whether to keep the folder structure of the files you dropped, useful when you selected a whole folder and want the ZIP to preserve its layout rather than flattening every file into one level.
The compression itself, standard ZIP deflate compression, runs as JavaScript directly in your browser using your device's own processing power. Your files are read locally, compressed locally, and the resulting ZIP file is offered to you as a direct download; at no point does anything travel to a server.
This creates a standard, unencrypted ZIP file; it does not add a password, since that is a different, more specialized need with its own security considerations. Extremely large batches of files, hundreds of them or several gigabytes total, depend on your device's available memory, since everything is held and compressed locally rather than streamed through a server. To open a ZIP file instead of creating one, use the ZIP opener.
